The city of Schenectady, NY is a great place to live. It is a bit different than the city of New York because Schenectady is very small with a lot of old buildings and lots of green space. Schenectady is only about 50 miles from New York City, so the transition of living here is really easy. There are a lot of restaurants and stores throughout the city, so there is a lot to do when you are looking to shop.
One of the things I love about Schenectady is the variety of shops and restaurants that are located in the city. Here there are many different types of shops and restaurants. Some of the shops that I love the most are coffee shops, which are always full of great coffee, tea stores, grocery stores, and clothing stores. There are several churches in the city as well. One church, St. Anne’s Cathedral, is a very interesting place to visit, I think.
This is the church in which I grew up. It is currently being renovated (and they are trying to get the roof fixed as well), so you can never be too sure what is going on there. The church is beautiful and has one of the most beautiful stained glass windows in the nation.
Not exactly the church of choice, I know, but I love it. The stained glass window, which is a bit of a local treasure, shows Jesus on a boat, and one of Jesus’ disciples is pointing at Jesus. I have always thought this window was a bit too simplistic, but that’s just me.
When I first saw this project of theirs, I thought that it was a bit overly ornate, but I still think the stained glass window is beautiful. Their church is on the same block as our church, and they are building a new one on the same block. The window is just so beautiful that I find myself spending as much time there as I did the last time I was here.

The church is in the heart of one of the city’s most historic areas, the district known as the ‘Colonial District.’ Like most of the historic churches in the United States, they are built in the late 1920s and have been restored and updated since then. The stained glass window in the main sanctuary alone is worth the trip to see. It is stunning, and the church is worth it all for that window, which is one of the first stained glass windows in the country.
Glass windows are a must in any church or building, and the ones in the citys historic churches are no exception. The biggest challenge that glass windows face is that they are usually only open during certain hours of the day, and because of this, they are often overlooked. Most of the churches in the Colonial District close from about 20am to about 5pm and don’t open again until later. Unfortunately, those windows that do open are often late.
There are so many other windows that you don’t even want to come across. Some of them are so bad that you may have to climb down from your chair, and as it’s not the most common sight to see them, you might have to use the bathroom to get to them when you want to get out.
