The casino zurigo is a delicious combination of chocolate, caramel, and toffee. This is one of my favorite things to eat when I’m craving something sweet.
The zurigo is a chocolate-covered caramel macaroon, which is a dessert from the German region Zwitscherland, named after the town that created it. It is topped with chocolate ganache, candied candied fruit or caramel candies, candied white chocolate, and caramel sauce.
