I love the concept because it is so simple and so elegant. The idea behind this concept is that you create a “self” or “self-awareness” that you can create your own daily actions and reactions. You can create one of your own actions and react to it. One of my favorite places to start is the ABC app. You can set a daily goal for yourself and see where you are in the day and your progress that day.

I don’t know if this concept is available in the U.S. I hope it is because I would love to use it as a daily reminder about how to take care of my own health. I’m not a doctor, but my life is based on my food choices. It’s just an everyday thing that’s really important to me.
