Haji Perak Dua Laki (The Four Types of Self-Awareness) is a well-known book that is not just about how to get more self-awareness, but about how to get more self-awareness through the practice of meditation.

The goal of this book is to help you learn to be more aware of what you are doing in your daily life and to become more self-aware. I’ve been practicing the four types of self-awareness for about two years now. The main concept is that you can get more and more self-awareness by practicing meditation.

Many people have told me that their only way to get more self-awareness is to practice meditation. Ive also been told that by practicing meditation, you will become more self-aware. Well, I disagree with both of these claims. Meditation is often used as an excuse to do things that you don’t want to do.
